Outreach
The Sonoma County Water Agency believes that people can change their water use behavior if provided with accurate and helpful information. The Water Agency implements an annual year-round water conservation public outreach and education campaign called, "Save Our Water." The Water Agency works with the Association of California Water Agencies, the Department of Water Resources, the Governor's Office and its local contractors to implement the campaign.
Water Agency staff are available to meet with community groups, neighborhood associations and others about water conservation and how our water system operates. Please contact Brad Sherwood, Public Information Officer, at 707.547.1927 or sherwood@scwa.ca.gov to schedule your meeting.
