Class/Field Instruction Request Form

At this time we are offering a Classroom Presentation for Grade 3 and a Field Study Program for Grades 4 and 5. Please see our Water Education Program catalog for descriptions of these programs, and then fill out the form below to request instruction. These programs are only available to teachers that fall within our service area in Sonoma and Northern Marin counties in California, as these water providers fund the Water Education Program.
